Dr. Stansloski has 32 years' experience in plant reliability and maintenance. He has held positions of maintenance engineer and plant engineer for DuPont, AP Technoglass, and Chemdal Corporation. He founded Pioneer Engineering in 2000, and leads efforts to supply reliability and vibration analysis services worldwide. He is the primary material contributor for their diverse educational seminars offerings. He has provided turbomachinery consulting to a wide variety of corporations for the last 20 years. In 2017, Dr. Stansloski was granted a US Patent for new techniques aimed at machinery health monitoring of journal bearings. From 2011 to 2016 Dr. Stansloski taught full time at Colorado State University while managing Pioneer Engineering. He taught Dynamics, Vibrations, Senior Design, and Reliability Engineering to upper level and graduate engineering students. He received a BSME from Ohio Northern University, a MSME from Mississippi State University, and earned a PhD in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University. He is a licensed mechanical engineer in the State of Colorado.
