Overview:

              Scheduler System is Software designed to run on the Institute server. It is an easy, user friendly, technologically advanced system. Scheduler System Software provides you an automation approach for Exam schedule and Student database management activities. This software allows administrator to create a new database entry of student, update or delete existing database entry, Generate examination schedule and result analysis of the held exam. All the data will be stored in Institute server. The main purpose of this software is to list down student record and manage exam scheduled. This document would also be considered as the basis for the design and test specification document for our product. 

This document is intended to specify the functional, non-functional requirements of Scheduler system. Scheduler System Management Software is designed to minimize the administrative cost of human resource information processing by effectively managing Students examination. This means that Scheduler System Software can automatically and accurately maintain all the data for all students who are interested in giving exam. The software provides you the way to monitor student’s performance, manage office documentation and maintain the records of the candidates appearing for examination organized by the Institute. All rights are reserved to Administrator.

This Scheduler System can be customized for dynamically adding Students from different departments depending on the need of Institute. You can manage examination time table, maintain records for all types of the Students i.e. regular and repeaters.
